Memories For Sale: No Return, No Exchange...... ...Memories, boxes of them I kept for so many years, ...I need to dispose them, get rid of them, sell them, or throw them away. ...But wait a minute!, some of them are not too bad. ...Some of them will make you feel glad. ...They are so colorful, go pick your hues, ...So many lessons still you could use. ...They are not expensive, so don't be pensive ...They used to be priceless, but now I could care less, ...The characters of these memories have long moved on and gone, ...While here I am right now, my life has just begun. ...So hear ye! Hear ye! I've got memories for sale! ...Lots of which I thought were likened to fairytales. ...Buy One, Take One, `till all of them are gone, ...No Return, No Exchange, I need a brand new one! Wow! That was such a relief!...But honestly, I was teary-eyed when I created this blog..It means so much to me to let you all know, that at some point in our lives, we just have to let it "ALL" go...We all need to build new memories, and hopefully, next time, it will last a lifetime. ELZ

you always amaze me DEE....with how well you write your blogs...this is nice....! maybe we should all write our memories and put them in bottles and throw them away..maybe let it float in the waters of the sea. that way, they are still, technically ours, but...not anymore in our hands, or thoughts... MARIE

Yeah, faded photographs,a love letter, and a message in a bottle addressed to someone..and I'll throw it out to the seas...Until someday, it will reach thousands of miles, and hopefully, someone significant will find...The message in the bottle, the addressee will read. ELZ

Dearest Cat Thanks a lot for your kind words, as always. You have a stash of them for me, and I appreciate your moral support all the time..Yes, I will eventually have new memories, and for this reason, I have to rid myself of the old ones to make room for the new ones..It's a painful "must", I should say, but that is the only way to do it. ROXY, thanks for empathizing with me. I have no regrets for all the years that I've lived, loved, lost and what have you. But some memories need to be buried, some need to be thrown away, some to be burnt, and quite a few, need to be kept dearly in our hearts. Thanks for wishing me well. ELZ
