As We Grow Older.....

...Our beauty fades
...Our definition of love changes
...Our health deteriorates
...Our memory begins to cloud
...Our circle of friends become less
...Our needs come first before our wants
...Our hopes seem to decline
...We become more sensitive
...We look forward to the sunset, than the sunrise
...We just know that sooner or later, the end is inevitable.
...Time is precious..What needs to be done now, can no longer be put off
for another day
...So fall in love, even if you are not loved back
...Give, even if you do not have much
...Appreciate what you have, and be grateful
...The simple things do matter the most
...Live meaningfully

Jane, oh, Jane! I have considerably slowed down, in metabolism, in speed in terms of chores, and activities. I am getting forgetful..Oh, my!...I hope I won't inherit my Mom's early dementia...huhuhuhu I may not look that old (naturally), but I can feel it now..

Elz, I specialize in aging so if you need help to age gracefully just holler. I can even medicate myself being a professional patient. I've met with at least 10 specialists in many fields of medicine so I consider myself proficient in geriatric conversation.

I'm a senior citizen . Don't expect me to remember anything
