ADOBO SURVEY

Adobo (chix, pork, vege, etc.) is my favorite. I learned to cook my first adobo dish when I was 9(kitchen is my fave place).Since then, I tried experimenting varied ways in cooking it(hot, sweet, sour, with extender, with other herbs, etc).

I noticed that whatever taste preferences might be present among my consumers there is always one dominant issue that will prevail--- dry or with sauce. If I will be the one to eat, I want a dry adobo where the meat or chix is almost fried on its oil and the spices are almost crispy too. I want it this way because I discard the oil before eating and it makes the remaining ingredients very tasty too. It also have a longer lifespan.

Now, I just would like to know about your adobo preference.

How would you like your adobo to be cooked? Dry or with sauce?

    I copied it sistah.

i cook adobo almost this way, only I am not using heinz vinegar. i love to sneak and smuggle my granny's very old vinegar kept in her cupboard.
the birth of my sour and hot version CPA (chix-pork adobo) happened by accident. i joined the outing of my friends and i decided to bring CPA ad my contribution. I was thinking that it wont be enough for the group i decided to add on some chili to make it really hot.i was wronged. my CPA was done in a wink of an eye because they loved the hot taste of it. from that time, friends would always asked me to cook the hot CPA version.
sistah, mali ang unit of measurement ko sa meats....hehehhe......kilo nga pala diyan sa Pinas..So, one kilo each...kasi, baka umaalat...
