it's the 12th day ... and i am still suffering from this severe headache ... can't focus ... can't concentrate ... and my vision is affected   ... i am experiencing sensitivity to light ... i am always sleeping ... last sunday dadee helped me to ease the pain ... somehow it did lessen ... and i slept soundly ... come monday morning ... it's aching again ... and i jokingly told dadee ... maybe i need some more   ... so i excitingly wait for night time ... but because of the throbbing pain ... i fell asleep ... same thing happened tuesday till last night ... i think i am going to die young from the medicines i am taking ... i've never felt this sick before ...

....I haven't tried YOGA sistah, but I heard, it works!...After all, our well-being sometimes rely only so much on our frame of mind. If we feel and think "sick" , exactly, that's how we perceive ourselves...Take care of your young life dearest...We only have one life to live...make the most out of it. If we have to see you less often here at FFF, so be it!...Your health comes first...I love you!

Errrr, some people have this thing called: POST COITAL HEADACHES... and for real, it does exists... ..It's either you have "it" or you lack some of it = headaches....

Thankfully, my cobwebs have protected me all these years (9 long years to be exact)......The "ache" moved elsewhere on my back...

headache is not a sickness but a sign of sickness! u got to get ur self checked! get well soon, Malu!  and don't worry about death, u will live long, trust me!

Migraines is it? meditation at the first instance.. have you tried acupuncture? Take care I know how it feels... there is a study on botox about the permanent cure on migraines... nah... I also read, that at the onset of migraine, mast--ation.. helps.. I will look for the article... it's been awhile..

Oh dear...are you stressed out or something? Sometimes it's all in the mind...try to relax your mind and don't think too much and have a nice relaxing massage...sometimes it works...otherwise consult your doctor. Get well soon!

ms E ... yes im kinda stressed out din ... because i've been avoiding this lab test for three months ... now i have no choice ... i have to do it ... hope it will not bring trauma to me Trust that everything will be alright. God bless you.
