Just the person I want teaching my kid! It can't be done, unless you want the entire world to pay $136.00 a bushel for grain. If you mean setting one price for Arabs and another for the rest of the world, it's not possible! Simple economics. You buy from the lowest seller, if Arabs don't buy, grain is unsold and producers don't get paid. If this kind of price fixing were possible the Arabs might already be charging the Americans $10,000 a barrel and the rest of the world a $136.00 a barrel. Of course, other countries would buy up the U.S. supply and sell it to the U.S. for $236.00 a barrel. That's the American way to make a profit. It's really pointless. That's a quickie explanation.

the local oil price here very suitable to us. the rice price had increase too much. for one kilo rice (thailand origin} cost pesos 63.60 you see expensive here.  Have a nice day !

the oil price here >>> super == 65 fils per liter ordinary =60 fils per liter {KD.1}one diner = 1000 fils one diner equals to = approx. pesos 159 + Have a nice day !
