5 places(in the United States) to see before you die
Big_Poppi2 7/24/2008 1:45 am
I know that I did a list of places to vacation, but it was kinda around the world, but if your ever in the united states, or if you don't come here, then these are 5 discriptions that are places that are amazing and worth checking out!

5) Niagra Falls, New York, Its right on the New York Canada border but it is an amazing display of a waterfall and what the power of nature can do and its a good place to relax and refresh without much tech. or money.

4) MT Rushmore, Montana, The face of the presidents of the United States Carved on the side of a mountain and almost capturing the life essence of the presidents. Wow, breathe taking.

3) Seirra Mountains, Nevada, Snow capped in the winter and in a word, beautiful!!! Nevada has it all and no mountains anywhere are a better view than these

2) Petrified Forrest, Northern California, Some of the redwood trees there are big enough and cut open so that you can actually drive thru them, some of the trees are millions of years old. wow, a beautiful act of nature

honarable mention, Grand Canyon, nice but everyone's been there, ha, ha, ha, Hoover Damn, also very Majestic, and of course any of the Volcano's of Hawaii. They are all nice but not top 5 to me.

numero uno) Lover's Lane, Southern California. I have seen thousands of sunsets all around the world, and when the sun sits on the pacific ocean and the colors bounce off the trees in this make out spot, you will know why life is worth living, simply as beautiful as it gets in this life!!!

Thanks for reading take care and God bless, your friend, $#

2. VIET NAM WAR MEMORIAL IN DC;
3. FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT MUSEUM IN SCOTTSDALE;

OoH Rah....I've seen the sunset in Laguna Hills, CA yet i've got to see the sunset in Hawaii for compaison and I will let ya know! I'm heading to Hawaii end of Aug for a week of R & R.

I've been to Crystal Bay in Lake Tahoe. "Pooh" that's an awesome place to have your summer break

Niagara Fallys....this is one place i've got to see. I've seen fantastic reviews watching Travel Channel.

Key West in the Florida Keys is also on my list for tranquility and the sunset.....and of course, the girls, girls girls in the Sunshine State

But seriously, one of my favorite spots is the Monterey Bay/Carmel/Pacific Coast Highway Peninsula. Take that drive and watch that sunset goin down the horizon off the Pacific Ocean. It will take your breath away.
