Janey,

I just don't want to cook if it always turn out just not right. Rather eat instead. Yup, visited those sugar dad's site. Anyways, too many convenience. Not like in the olden days where what you had make do...

Greatest feelings in the world when two souls profess a love for each other...

I think there's a time and place for it, as you say choose your poison. These days it is all about convenience since I guess we are all so busy and we have people to see and things to do ( sarcasm warning)

Convenience does come at a premium though, and that is why you normally pay more for the service, such as fast food, or delivery. Of course there are times when it is actually cheaper such as online shopping or banking. I am guilty of the latter, as I find online banking a godsend as I can do all my banking within 5 mins in practically anywhere ( yes, even in the loo...not that I'd do that...).

That is an interesting tidbit about the paid schooling though...I was unaware of that. How...decadent.

My will is unbreakable. Simply put, I cannot be broken - Enrique

Janey,

By the past faced living we're having now, that so called convenience isnt that bad - but up to a certain degree. Sometimes we forget what we really wanted instead taking in what's best offered right at hand. Not bad at all but something's lacking sometimes - that sense of purpose.

Like when talking to a friend over the phone or chat in the net - where's the hugs and kisses that comes with every greetings and goodbyes..

Like when you bought something from a shop and wants some alterations on it, the stale bread you will complain to the baker, some trivial little talk with the bank employees that you've developed friendship over the years...etc..

Life is convenient but life is bland. Its the trend, go with the flow

If single, it's easy to be a free agent and nobody would mind just as much.

I'd a foreign sponsor in elementary school. I knew his name is John Thompson from America, but thankfully didn't want anything in return and pretty much remained anonymous compared to other sponsors. I only had to update him with letters of my school life.

Thanks for the visit kuya.

Do what pleases you 'te Tess. Sometimes it feels like a waste cooking for ourselves only. Convenience is advantageous to a certain extent. We simply have to pick which poison we'd rather have.

I prefer to cook when he's at home. Sometimes like yesterday had to rush out of blogging because friend invited us to a summer bbq. Thus, no need to cook We'd pretty much have bbq all year round come rain or shine. We're rough and ready.

Haven't been to such sites yet. Thought it was more common in Eastern EU, but I was wrong as it exist here where I thought they could afford tuition. Then again the govt have raise the minimum cost of tuition. Times are tough.

I'll leave that up to you teMab if you're tempted to have a fling or quickie as it's commonly known here in the U.K. I'm not saying you should, but you could try a different approach. Maybe fewer guys are into serious long-term relationships. Who knows?

Well summed TaJane.

Quickie it is. Depends how much time and effort we can spare or would rather do.

Good to see you.

sarcy Enrique.

When it's bad weather outside, I'd rather go and check my bank account online. Keeps me dry.

I do take precautions such as installing specific anti virus softwares and could go incognito or on private browsing if using a public computer. If anyone hacks into my account, at least they won't get much and can be blocked. It's just a phone call away.

Though I enjoy chatting with the cashier. She knows my name and the staff are mostly pleasant in my local bank.

Yes sis Theta, you're right. I suppose it makes us lazy too to an extent. It's somewhat bland as it can appear robotic and seen as just another number on the queue instead of knowing someone personally.

Online interactions are limited in showing our feelings etc.

Another one I asked why work when you can win the jackpot like my weekend co-worker's hubby won last week.

Yes Tinks. Like sis Theta said doing it the old fashioned way appear to give us more purpose rather than have it readily prepared for us.

Thanks for the visit.

I'm less lucky when it comes to Lotto. I think God doesn't want me to gamble, that's why I rarely try.
