Janey,

Kudos for you. Exhilirating experience. Ate is afraid of heights. But, will hike up tomorrow for a couin's bday. Steep mountain trails. And after Cheesecake Factory. This is my first and kinda scared and un-prepared...

Happy sunday. It must be heaven to be so in love

Greatest feelings in the world when two souls profess a love for each other...

Thanks. It's a very useful skill to learn in combat and you're a great dad for teaching your boys wonderfully practical skills. Can I pretend to be one of your mini boys can I join in too and learn a thing or two?

How does that swiss seats and descending facing down works? Any brief instructions on how it goes? Trying to picture what that would be like while being shot at. Makes me think of Stallone's movie Cliffhanger. Have you seen it Charlie?

It's TaJane, especially when up against mist, wind and droplets of rain and the birds were distracting as they flew close overhead.

Believe me I'm afraid of heights. It may not show as I suppress negative emotions temporarily, but I am. I looked down once and told myself not to do it again to keep focused.

hahaha kuya Antonio. I'm afraid of heights, but I just do it. I'm one of those strange people, the more I'm afraid of something the more I want to face it. However, I don't have an extreme phobia of heights. Only when I got older that I've become fearful and vulnerable. Unlike when I was kid, I felt invincible.

Like TaJane, if you were younger maybe you could try overcoming the fear. But good thing is you can go on the ferris wheel. Whereas, I'd get motion sickness from riding it.

I was on this ride called 'Hotshots' in my teenage years in the amusement park. It swung 180 degrees to left and then to the right lastly it suspended us in mid air for a few minutes and turned 360 degrees. It was one of the scariest and unsafe rides I've ever been on. Felt like I was hanging loosely out of it and clinging for dear life. Thankfully neither my old best friend in high school nor myself fell out, but I never went on this ride ever again.

Yes I don't blame you Miss Elz. Seems safer to go on roller-coaster, especially Disneyland rides like near Mrs. Roxybarbie.

Thank you. I'm blessed to have known of him for 18 years. God willing it will be our 5th anniversary this 2012.

Welcome back Dan. How are you? What have you been up to? You've been out of blogland for ages.

I do, but it's embarrassing for me to write very warm and fuzzy feelings everytime. That's why I occasionally mention it only compared to anything else I posted.

Sorry can't visit your blog as it's reserved for friends only. Thanks for coming back and visiting.

Rapelling is a rigorous version of wall climbing. At least you gave it a try. Zip lining sounds great too.

What was that sky thing you did luv that I remember from your blog that you posted a year ago or more?? Can't remember what it was called. I saw the photo of you on it on your blog and someone else's picture, but don't know what it is. Any idea what I mean?

I felt the after effects of it on my back and left shoulder the next few days. Didn't expect it though. Gosh I really don't need my legs any more toned. It's muscley enough. Toned arms and a washboard stomach would be preferable.

Wish you could meet him, but it won't be until my second return on holiday luv.

I believe you can do it Ate Tess. Wishing you the best of luck and don't worry about it as I was kinda scared as a first timer and unprepared too. I pray that other people will look out for you and you'll continue to do great things as you've always done quietly to help others.

You're a true do-gooder. Always doing something to lend a hand and more to many.

Just take your time and you don't have rush. Most of all, have fun with your cousin and whoever else is going with you.

Have a good hike and a nice week ahead 'te.
Wishing you could meet him to someday. It's mostly heaven. We've both our ups and down.

Yeh let's go do cool stuff in July. Hopefully we can go do things together after mid July.

Ehhh dunno if I could manage bungee as I'd get dizzy easily with motion sickness and a rush of blood to the head being upside down. Would you recommend it?

Great answer sis Grace. It's important that you're there for your kids, so being a parent you've to ensure you're able to do that.

The photo was taken by one of the 4 experts on the day. The professional photographers left already as I was part of the last group to go. There was 3 hours delay due to unpredictable weather conditions. It was better they took the photos coz I didn't have to pay for it. Thanks to them, I've more photos.

I'd like parachuting, but boyfriend says he's afraid of me doing such a thing. If I lose him, I'd be losing one of my best friends too.

Oh yes indeed sis Theta. I don't think it would be a good idea to try first time completely alone. It would be a safety issue.

Hope you can try it someday sis Theta. I figure you like going on your own adventures too.

Nah Dan you shouldn't have to make a new account. Maybe you should try checking out the settings on your blog on the top right corner where it says 'Edit your blog settings' and when you're posting you could change it too. You don't have to, if you wish to keep it private.

Good luck.

Thanks again for popping in Dan. Have you been anywhere different lately?

I remember vaguely something sky, but thought it was in Manila. That's why I couldn't find it, it's in Cebu.

Sky-walking pala.
How much is it? Is it any good? How does it work? I'd like to try it out hopefully soon.

That's amazing you can do that Charlie. Wish I could learn it someday. I read the whole thing and gosh more than detailed than I'd to remember.

Also in combat it really counts to know what you're doing as it's definitely more of a matter of life and death. Thanks for the e-mail Big Chief.

Thank you Enrique. Good too see your sudden visit.

I give much more appreciation in real life as he deserves it. Don't want to make his head swell too much and it would be too long to read if I list all. But really I've to point out we're both faulty and can irritate the crap out of each other, otherwise it won't be convincing to some. The truth is, nice guys and good guys deserves the praise because they're one-of-a-kind.

Hoping the same for you, that your love for cherie would last longer. It must be going strong if it's keeping you busy from blogging. It normally does. My Scottish blog mate and former sporadic blogger and follower who used to comment regularly in epep left because he's settled now into a mixed relationship with his gf. Good on you guys!!

P.S. I actually meant 13 years. Not 18. The numbers 13 and 18 outline looked similar when typing in the dark.

The young ladies that organised the charity run event put abseiling on adrenalin category, but they were having second thoughts about it as they thought it also seemed like an endurance event perhaps because of the further climb and walk without ropes afterwards. They also pointed out something similar to what you said that adrenalin junkie wouldn't consider this much of a challenge or draining. For me it is and it isn't. It was a mini challenge. It wasn't draining because I'm not entirely unfit, but if you aren't used to it, you might be wrecked. The wait itself in the wet, cold and windy weather was more draining.

Nope I haven't done proper rock climbing as I would need further training on it. I've climbed rocks and hiked, but nothing major. Don't want to take on more than I could chew.

The story of Aron in the movie and book 'Between a Rock and a Hard Place' kinda put me off. However, I realise it's the worst case scenario.

If I want to go skydiving, I prefer to do it together for a good cause and in tandem with an instructor. I'd need £400+ sponsorship for skydiving. Any chance of sponsorship for this Enrique? My target for the abseiling was lower. Plus I'd need convince the "hubby" that I'll be safe, which there are no guarantees, but I'd hate to think he'd say he told me so.

Nah I wouldn't embarrassed about being pushed out. I'd be scared sh*tless and pee my pants.

Thanks for the low-down on bungee jumping too. It's great to find out from other's first hand experiences. You're very well experienced. Would love to visit Canada and I've an excuse to say hi to my cousins also and yourself.

pSSTT......He'd be underwater and I'm on top.

hahaha Tell your cherie I'm so glad to hear she could crack a nut with her legs too. Something the "hubby" jokes about except it isn't nuts I'm cracking. Maybe his head.

Nothing really wrong with my arms, they're toned, but don't want to sag and develop bingo wings either. I like the feeling of flying, but not look like I've wings.

I did those things with my gym bud, but he'd to move town when we both had to leave our old work. I was so sad just as I was starting to feel my stomach toning. Haayyyzz I'll just have to do it on my own at home with sit ups and the machine my step-dad found from the recycling centre at his work and brought it home for free. Since my bud and I moved, we're both feeling flab. He said he feels like there are 2 of him already. He started going back to the gym only this Easter coz it really gets him down. Gym is no fun without close company and I get intimidated by other men ogling when I'm alone, but when my bud or hub was there, at least they can distract me. So your suggestion is most welcomed.

Yeh honey doesn't find washboard stomach attractive either.
Maybe a mini 6 pack won't look too bad? Would it Enrique?

Easter was relaxing with the hub as I cooked and took care of my best friend's house she and her husband went abroad on holiday. I didn't have to babysit the kids either because they went to the grandparents for a change.
