From me to you, you've done your best kuya Antonio. Your children should be proud of you and I can sense why your eyes were welling up.

The closest person I had to a genuine father figure that I respected is dead sadly. The rest didn't live up to the name. Neither my tatay and I had formed any attachment and it was clear from the moment when we met him in person. Lolo granted nanay's wish for me to meet him. Tatay only had memories of mom and he has moved on with his own family. I'm relieved he has for I wouldn't like to imagine life with him and accepted the situation right away before I knew the truth of mom's reasoning.

I laughed sometimes at you reposting your blogs and lately I've been enjoying your thoughts more.

Lol it didn't cross my mind yet. I've plenty of years for this God willing I lived that long.

Correcto mundo Miss Elz, the happily married couple got married when the wife was 13 and the husband was 20. I suppose in certain cultures it's acceptable to be married much earlier than other nations. Sometimes they would even check for "virginity". God only knows how. From what I've seen Gypsies would consider a 16 year old, old to marry.

It only occurred to me to check their ages from the report to figure out what you mean. Thanks for the cracking maths. It's a good mental exercise for mah poor brain.

True Miss Alice. I don't cry at anything. Moving stuff gets to me like the news or documented stories and movies based on real life. It can also be a messy affair and exhausting, but brings a huge relief afterwards. Hayzzz....

Happy weekend. I've to be up early in spite of days off work, still busy with other kind of work to do.

Indeed. Kids especially makes me notice how time flies. They sprout like beans. Thanks Joseph for your patience to read mah ramblings.

Have a good weekend. Will you be up tomorrow early too?

Janey,

Crying? Come to think of it, I never shred a single tear for a long time. I didn't use much of my heart nowadays, coz I only cry for extreme emotions coming from it, like so much love or so much pain. Hmmpp...time for a new love to be human again.

Big hugs

I'm relieved we aren't alone. Shedding a tear usually involves extreme emotions for me as well.

I'm sure you feel something for your kids. They're bound to make you happy and whole in some way. Take your time. Come what may, I hope you'll be happy.
