The story of this hairy Neanderthal man in the picture goes back to the gaming forum. He lent a picture to a fellow gamer who wanted to use a picture to go with his topic of 'Lust- The 7 Deadly Sins'. Many months later the picture was brought to life again used by someone else. They had a field day poking fun adding their own captions through another website. The caption version in this pic is a combined effort from both my bf and I. His pic entitled internet pervert has been spreading like wildfire in the net. At times, it has become a joke along with another joke. The hairy man says he's ok with the captions. I reckon he'd have to have a thick hard skin not to be offended by some of the captions, which went along with his picture. Some were down right insulting.  The lesson is be careful of the pictures you post of yourself, in case someone decides to deface your photo on the internet. At worst, s/he could use your picture to pretend to be you! Yeah, it's always a worry and danger of the internet, and something we'll just have to live with, I guess  I try to restrict the availability of photos to trusted online friends and family, but you can't always rely on that to solve the issue  I suppose that's why some choose to post mysterious pictures of themselves rather than reveal all their features online

it's a risk you take nga... but then, people who really know you would not believe that you're the one behind those crazy things, nor would they believe false posts/accusations against you and if they do believe you're the one who did those things, then they dont really know you at all, and maybe they're not worth keeping after all

there was this uproar over a Filipina working in Dubai who allegedly posted a comment in another online site about Filipinos deserving what happened during typhoon Ondoy. I forgot her name already, but people were calling her names then, some even issuing death threats against her. Turns out her account was just hacked or someone had just created a profile using her name (not sure which  )...

You know how stories can be quickly twisted from one version to several other versions as it passes from one gossiper to more gossipers. Human nature I guess.

This is one of them.

Bottomline is, watch out for perverts. Even though this guy in the pic isn't necessarily a pervert. He has only been labelled as one.
