If life is a journey, from birth to death, how much of that path must be walked alone? Is happiness a journey or a destination?
Dear soldier, I see that you are tired. I tell you, drop your sword and put down your shield. Why worry about the fight? After all its not your battle. Its mine. All you have to do is to be in the battle field. There against the thousand who tried to destroy you, there I will stand and rescue you. Winning this war requires neither only me nor only you. But rather, me and you. Just do your best and I'll take care of the rest.

Nice post happy weekend...it reminds me of the correlation in the story...Footprints in the Sand... qouted " When you only see one set of footprints, that's the time that I carried you". God replied.

It is easy to get discouraged when things are going bad. But we shouldn't lose heart, because God is at work in our lives, even in the midst of pain and suffering. Paul wrote, ". . . I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want" (Philippians 4 : 12 ). Paul had confidence that good would come out of everything (Romans 8 : 28 ), so he learned to be thankful, not bitter, even when he was suffering.

Look at the birds above your head they neither plant nor reap they neither store nor hoard yet day by day God gives them food.
Look at the flowers beneath your feet they neither card nor spin they neither sow nor weave yet King Solomon shone less brightly than they.
So why worry about your life what you will get to eat what you will have to wear?
