Someone once said that to recognize the signs of God, pay attention to your stirrings. Look closely when you feel the swell of joy within, or the tightness as your throat closes up in sorrow. Live in that moment, poke around in it's corners, and feel the texture of it's walls. Sit with it for awhile, long enough to sense the presence of God sitting with you. Thanks for the beautiful message. In life, each one of us have our own cross to carry, we will get hurt, some even abused and get betrayed but through it all we learn to persevere and forgive as well. All these can change our lives for the better and having a cross means that we've also got a "resurrection." Jesus is with us through all the pain. He never fails. Isn't it comforting to know that we've got true friends around us?  And let us be thankful too, for those who have caused us enough pain coz they make us turn to HIM and help us towards our destiny. May you have a peaceful and blessed Season of Lent. God bless.

When we pray, we "connect" with God; we become aware of God's presence within us. One spiritual writer comments that we can think of our own heart as God's "family room within us". What a beautiful image of a place where we can just relax with God!
