"..Ondoy an omen of things to come.."

God always forgives,
people sometimes forgive,
but nature never forgives.

Save us, God,
for the waters have reached our necks.
We have sunk into the mire of the deep,
where there is no foothold.
We have gone down to the watery depths;
the flood overwhelms us.

We are weary with crying out;
our throats are parched.
Our eyes have failed,
looking for you God.
We have wept and fasted,
but this led only to scorn.

But We pray to you, Lord,
for the time of your favor.
God, in your great kindness
answer us with your constant help.
Rescue us from the mire;
do not let us sink.

Rescue us from our enemies
and from the watery depths.
Do not let the floodwaters overwhelm us,
nor the deep swallow us,
nor the mouth of the pit close over us.

Answer us, Lord, in your generous love;
in your great mercy turn to us.
We are afflicted and in pain;
let your saving help protect us,
God, that we may praise God's name in song
and glorify it with thanksgiving.

Graciously rescue us, God!
Come quickly to help us, Lord!
May those who long for your help always say,
"God be glorified!"
"See, you lowly ones, and be glad;
you who seek God, take heart!"

God, come quickly!
You are our help and deliverer.
Lord, do not delay!

Farewell! God knows when we shall meet again.

In spite of the destruction that Ondoy caused,
Jacque Bermejo wrote a Facebook comment
that outraged Filipinos all over the world.
After writing down that we fellow Filipinos
deserved such a disaster,
many were infuriated and angrily replied
to her Facebook comment.

Farewell! God knows when we shall meet again.

Bro,

How cruel naman that someone should write and state that they deserve it? Come on that person has lost his capability of emphaty and compassion!!! To Jacque think about putting yourself in their shoes be in that flood! See how you will feel. This really makes me mad!!! You do not put somebody down when they are already down!!!

Thanks for posting this and sharing. God is #1!!!

Not really dumb..
her comment was just of being inhumane,
insensitive, and coming from her heart,
her own personal feelings.
She is most probably one of the DEVIL'S ADVOCATE.
So if you happen to see her,
you know that you've seen SATAN.

Red alert in N. Luzon vs "Pepeng"
especially in aurora and isabela.
this typhoon is windy but not too much rain.
it is expected to hit the area on saturday,
a week after ondoy devastated the philippines.

FELLOW COUNTRYMEN THIS IS ANOTHER TIME FOR US
TO GIVE BIG HELP TO OUR FELLOW FILIPINOS.
IT IS ONE OF THE WORST THING HAPPENED TO OUR COUNTRY,
ANY CASH OR IN KIND IS A HUGE THING FOR EVERYONE
AFFECTED BY THE DISASTER.
MAYBE A MILLION IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR US,
BUT EVEN A SINGLE PESO WILL BE A GREAT THING
FOR OUR KABAYANS WHO LOST EVERYTHING.

For you JACQUE.
say this words!

Our Father in Heaven, we humbly pray to you as a nation.
We plead to Your merciful heart that
You may look upon us with compassion.
We prays for our Brothers
who have lost their lives today.
Receive then in Your Heavenly kingdom.
We pray for those who lost and those trying
to get home to their family.
Make their way easy.
We pray for those wh
o have lost their homes.
Give then comfort. We pray for those who are still
exposed to the bad conditions and awaiting help.
Give them strength.
Everything we do for our unfortunate bretheren,
we offer to You and Your Glory.
All this we pray in the most holy Name of Jesus.
AMEN.

So, jacque,
Please give prayer to other people
and let us pray for our dear country,
the Philippines.
As we do it to you,
praying for your success in the foreign land.

To all the people of the Philippines,
thank u for the concern and prayers.
I may not be a victim or any of my family this time,
but we had our share too.
I could only wished then,
