I thought this was pretty special,
just like YOU!!!
What is most valuable,
is not what we have in our lives,
but WHO we have in our lives!

The Lord is my Shepherd = That's Relationship!

I shall not want = That's Supply!

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures = That's Rest!

He leadeth me beside the still waters = That's Refreshment!

He restoreth my soul = That's Healing!

He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness = That's Guidance!

For His name sake = That's Purpose!

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death = That's Testing!

I will fear no evil = That's Protection!

For Thou art with me = That's Faithfulness!

Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me = That's Discipline!

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies = That's Hope!

Thou annointest my head with oil = That's Consecration!

My cup runneth over = That's Abundance!

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life = That's Blessing!

And I will dwell in the house of the Lord = That's Security!

Forever = That's Eternity!

"Do not ask the Lord to Guide your Footsteps
if you are not willing to move your Feet".

..To all of you, dear friends,
May you find yourself
walking in the Love of Jesus Christ,
and Wishing You a Time of Peace and Happiness
during this Season of Lent..

Farewell! God knows when we shall meet again.

Psalm 23 then provides a model for us, a paradigm to be followed throughout our lives as we respond to all the difficulties and worries that come our way.
The psalm has two basic divisions, each one providing part of the answer to our question about worry. The first four verses focus on God as the faithful and good Shepherd of his people. It calls us to trust Him as such. The second section made up of the last two verses, focuses our attention on God as a gracious host, preparing a splendid meal for a guest, and results in our rejoicing over His grace toward us.

Very, very nice..
As the poet said, "Only God can make a tree" -
probably because it's so hard to figure out how to get the bark on.
Happy Easter, bro, God bless you. thank you so much for this.

Aww...This was so beautifully written!!!
The ending was definitely a miracle
and the fact you go through in the religious meaning at the end,
made it a whole lot more fulfilling to read.
The imagery was awesome and the flow and rhyme was outstanding!

The Good Shepherd is revisited throughout the four Gospels
in references to Jesus not letting himself lose any of his sheep.

A Christian should always remember that the value of his good works is not based on their number and excellence, but on the love of God which prompts him to do these things.

When this type of approach is taken to explain scripture, it places limits on scripture, for example, the passage above says, "The Lord is my Shepherd - That's Relationship! ". This passage of scripture does not only deal with "Relationship", it involves: Leadership, Protection, Guidance, Understanding, etc....
