HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!
Today is my day, and it is quite unusual for someone to write a blog greeting herself. I just thought, I had to, NOT as an announcement for everyone to remember, but it is my way of reflecting how wonderful life has been with me for the past decades despite everything good as well as traumatic experiences that I had been through. I'd like to reminisce as far as I could when I was still 4 years old until now. So much had happened to me, lots of happy memories, and I wish I could go back in time when guilessness and simplicity enveloped my wholebeing.

Now, as you are reading my blog, I'd like to share my happiness with you as I CELEBRATE LIFE for another year. When you have experienced all that it takes for you to be tough, when you stumble and fall a couple of times, with scars from the pains life has brought upon you, and still come out strong and determined to face NOT just another day, but all the rest of the days in your life, then, you have all the reasons to be HAPPY.

Yes, I am HAPPY..I am blessed with a lot of things most people take for granted. I am gifted with so much LOVE in my heart,COMPASSION that knows no boundaries, WISDOM that is acquired as I live through my life, and BELIEF that GOD is always there for me and continues to walk with me in all my journeys.

I am so grateful for this life. It may have not given me the best things compared to what others have, but it has given me the best attitude for every difficult situation I've been through.

As I look back one more time, all the yester-years made me what I am today because I took each challenge that came my way with enthusiasm and full of hope. Dark clouds were hovered by the winds, and each time came the bright sky which turned into a beautiful sunset. Then, I closed my eyes, woke up to each wonderful day, very grateful for everything that I have.

Nothing much has changed, except for the number. I am still very simple, very truthful, very transparent, and very hopeful everyday.

Today, is a VERY SPECIAL DAY.
