On Cyber to Real World Dating : Who sees who first?

Oftentimes, it makes me wonder, in this generation and time, whether it is your personal opinion or experience or someone you know who went through Cyber-Real Life Dating: Who made an effort to see the other, first?.. Please qualify or quantify your answer...We want to validate the latest trend..Please, be honest...Thanks!
the woman makes the first move and travels to see the man
the man makes the first move and travels to see the woman
both man and woman meet in a neutral place (city, state, of even a country)
No, cyberworld acquaintance is good enough and secure.

my personal opinion is that it should be the man who travels to see the woman unless there is a compelling reason like illness or disability, then its alright for the woman to travel to see the man first.. although nowadays it is generally accepted to go both ways.. it really doesn't matter anymore who makes the first move bcoz of the equality of both sexes..

a woman should be gung-ho in the internet , this makes the guy do the first move to travel and see her.

Hi there Hon!...Your statement is generally true...We, women, would love men to initiate the meeting...It feels good that they spend time and effort to meet us first, then, we take it from there...But, I also understand if the woman feels more comfortable seeing the guy first in his area (but I advice her to check in a motel or stay in a friend's place, NOT to stay in the guy's house)...Whichever is safer for both..One has to really think twice...Take care Hon!

I was cupid-matched with Butch and from there he did his best to track me down at FFF. He joined HVP when he saw that I was in that group. After a few emails & private exchanges, he asked to see me. I told him I was committed to my mission & didn't have time to go out on dates. So he went to see me at the Korean Presbyterian Pastoral Office where I was giving scriptural studies to Korean kids. When my family went to Korea for a holiday, he did his best to get a visa to go there too. He enrolled in a language institute there so he got the visa. I guess it was a match made in heaven. Butch & I are now happily married.

Cat, we really have to bring this up...I know of a female friend from Singapore who went twice to see the man of her dreams..One was in Chicago, and it did not work, and the other one is in Australia...The latter is her husband now...Huuuhh! She is one hellava risk-taker, and she got what she wanted...I don't see anything wrong with that either...I just advice women to be very careful!

That's a good advice Elsa, we all have to be careful esp when meeting someone in a strange land ...

Above the storm the smallest prayer will still be heard.

My old school upbringing taught me that ladies should wait for the man to make the first move. I'll stick to this.

I want to build the world a home and furnish it with love
