New Year's Resolutions....
It seems like every year, we make New Year's Resolutions that we may have a good start, but over-all, towards the end of the year, they are never accomplished. Even if some of them are half done, almost always, there is a relapse...To top the list of these New Year's Resolutions are the following:
1. Losing Weight-- We always indulge during the holidays looking forward to shed off the unwanted pounds gained the very first day of the New Year. Can you relate?
2. Quit Smoking--Yeah, right! It's like gambling. These are the habits that are very hard to break (but breakable anyway)..So Goodluck! Have faith that you can do it!
3. Being a one-man-woman, or one-woman-man...Wait till the next gorgeous person comes along. Some just couldn't resist the temptations...tsk! tsk! tsk!
4. Reconciliation-- For as long as your best friend is called high pride, it is not going to happen. No one wants to do it first, I mean, to say I am sorry, can we make up?
5. Getting a new Job-- Well, sometimes, we get so used to things that are very familiar to us, that even though the pay isn't that commensurate, we are stuck. We are also afraid to try new things, for fear of failure or not being able to cope with the changes.
6. And the list goes on....So, please tell me, Do we really need to wait for New Year to make changes in our lives? Why is that?
