Something WE want to hear, but YOU don't want to say :(
Wheeeww!...what a letter, uhhh?...that "word" that starts with "L"...It means so much to a lot of people, and it means a lot to me too..But, it seems that not everyone is comfortable saying, writing, or even reading it...Ha?...It's true...Some people are even allergic to that "word"...LOVE....

But why is that so?...To some, it may mean serious commitment which, when broken, it leaves that ugly scar in our hearts...Others feel intimidated by it, sometimes, choked by it..As if it is some sort of an execution or somethin`, loss of freedom or worse, loss of control...

Personally speaking, I cannot commit myself to any man without hearing the "L" word, as it is a sweet music to my ears ...I am not into any other form of "compact" or "contract", but it is important to me that we do LOVE each other UNCONDITIONALLY...Kinda hard, uhh?..I do not want to be someone he wants me to be, but I can make an effort to be someone he can be with, lovingly and harmoniously and vice versa...NO FALSE EXPECTATIONS...To me, "LUST" can never take the place of "LOVE", but with the latter, one can be more "DESIRABLE"...

I am addressing these questions to the avid readers of my blogs:

1. Why is it so hard, specially for some men to say the words " I LOVE YOU" ?

2. Is it really hard to gamble with these words?

3. Do you sometimes "hold back", even though you really think you are already in love?

4. Is it important to you to say these words first, or do you prefer the women to say it, instead?

IT IS LOVE MONTH, AND I'D LIKE TO RE-POST SOME OF MY ROMANTIC OLD BLOGS..

 Elz,

It's not hard for a man to say "i love u". If they really mean it to the lady of their dreams. But, if he only uses u for "friends w/ benefits" no he will not even mention the "L" word. That's how hard it is. Gambling with this word is excruciatingly hard. Because the other person might not feel the same. Often times i say the "L" word if i truly love the person. But, it would be nice if they say if first. One thing i can't stand is if they keep repeating it and i told them already to cut it out coz i don't want to lead them on and just friends status. Honestly. One way love affair really sucks...

Gravitation cannot be held responsible for people falling in love. How on earth can you explain in terms of chemistry and physics so important a biological phenomenon as first love? Tess, but some women are also delusional, only because of how they feel, themselves. For me, if a woman knows that a guy is just after "swex", and she still wants to go ahead with the relationship hoping that sooner or later, he will learn to love her (which is possible, why not, coconut? ), then, it's her call, and whatever is the outcome, she can only blame herself for it.

 I love you when uttered with sincerity and true feelings means a whole lot more whether it be declared on top of the mountains, over the rooftops, in front of familiar faces or behind closed doors. It doesn't have to be frequent or scarce. I love you means much more coming from the depths of our hearts and minds and strengthened by actions.

I could love a complete stranger whether it be a child or someone whose deeds are outstanding and consistent.
