No, I didn't wake up with a halo over my head...It's this spiritual side of me that is not very known to all. I do have so much faith in GOD, and I always communicate with HIM, in my own simple ways... Just call me ELZ

I've been through a lot in my life, and had I not had this faith, I would have been "institutionalized" or maybe, already six feet below the ground, long time ago...But I always feared HIM, and knowing that I just BORROWED this life, I will wait for HIM to COLLECT it back from me or to surrender it to HIM completely, and NOT to take it on my own hands... I've searched for a lot of things in my life..HE didn't give me the answers right away, but events led me to them, and that's when I found out that there's always a reason for the delays...Things could have been worse. Just call me ELZ

God saved me from DORKS... ...although, He allowed me to meet them..toinkz...In the end, HE made me realized, I've to meet quite a heap of the wrong ones before the right one comes along...until such time, I am not even thinking about it... Just call me ELZ

When I ran short of finances, HE made me make the most of what I have...only for me to find out that even with "loose change" I am more capable of achieving delight, and even share it with others...It's amazing! Just call me ELZ

I will not lie to you that at times, it took Him years to give me the answers and solutions to my concerns.But one thing for sure, HE never let me down all the time. He gave me a couple of lifts when things got very heavy, and it's always a nice feeling to be carried by Him on His back...so soothing! Just call me ELZ

ELZ, In everything I do, I asked for HIS guidance or like a daughter asking her father for approval over certain things. Though I'm not a very religious person, I believe GOD can hear me and so like he heard every prayers of everyone else.  I prayed best when I'm contented in life, saying thanks and then ask for that contentments extension.  In HIS time.

Elz, I fully agree with you sis. when all things fails, only then we realized that God is the only reliable "person" we can cling to..during my down moments, marriage and health failing, away from the family and alone in a cold country, He was or is there for me, guiding and assuring me as well, even if it seems the road is vague and hard to grasped...I remember one instance while taking my driving license exam. some years ago, my ex. giving me pressure to pass it..and the more I got nervous, my driving teacher was either not convince that I`ll pass the exam . I prayed hard and he gave me this word "my father will give you whatever you asks in my name...Asks and you will receive, and your joy will be complete" (John 16: 23.24) the context is that Jesus was talking to his disciples but that was like a rema word, so alive that I felt God is talking to me personally. I took the word in my heart and things went smoothly and indeed I came home very joyful that day And many more instances that really strengthens my faith in God and also keep me going

Just got home from work kasi finally the Zumba class in the cafeteria. And last nite Zumba too. So, tired. But went to church yesterday and prayed for everyone. I try not to go sa box. Kaya good girl muna. Love that church we went too. Greatest feelings in the world when two souls profess a love for each other...
