It would be nice to have mind-stimulating exchanges my dear...For a change ...and oh, Janey, you better think a million times before you take the plunge... More of an option though rather than a must. We still both lived with our parents and are happy this way. Being a woman of course I dream of it, but dreams aren't always the same as reality. Dreams also can become nightmares.     within each one of us, and let it begin with me (and each one of us)..one breath at a time.

...Jeffrey, what about the long term "premarital __" ?, I hate to say this, but you know, we liken marriage to clothes: "Consumers keep on fitting them, one after the other before they decide to buy or not"...And the worse part is...some clothes get worn out, having been fitted by too many and yet, no one wants to buy, specially if there are "smears and tears" around it... within each one of us, and let it begin with me (and each one of us)..one breath at a time.

Sweetie, I'm not sure if people who've been wed even remember their vows, or were even sincere when they took the vows...I hope it's NOT all about the trimmings, glamour and the pleasure and pride of being married...Of course, everyone wants to be married for the rest of their lives...I just don't know if ALL agree to be married to the same person.. within each one of us, and let it begin with me (and each one of us)..one breath at a time.

It's nice to know that women nowadays are more vocal with what they need and want and what their thought are. Nevertheless, we should also think what our kids will say or what the effects are to the children. Now the question is ' What happened to till death do us part?' ? The idea is good but not ideal or will work for everyone.

so true many...lots of guys here don't like to get married...just like to have live in...i just don't want to get married again soon so if he change and want to get out...we don't have to do it again...

Roxy...yeah so easy to walk away...in california . nevada so easy to file for a divorce if couples likes to get out of marriage...irreconcilable differences will dissolve marriage within months or so...

Sure will. We've already considered marriage as an option. More of an option though rather than a must. We still both lived with our parents and are happy this way. Being a woman of course I dream of it, but dreams aren't always the same as reality. Dreams also can become nightmares.
