Nurses do know how to have fun!  ...Contrary to most people's belief, Nurses do take time to have some fun...I can speak well for myself. No matter how stressful it is at work, we manage to crack jokes, to laugh, to share our food, and let the patients FEEL that they are being taken care of staff who possess a positive outlook in life...We take long weekend off and get out of McAllen, to bigger cities or travel out of state. We party, we participate in civic activities as well as charity works. We take time to be happy...Others don't, but I guarantee you...I DO!
