Boy Toys, Lolitas, Cougars and Manthers

In this world where everyone NEEDs someone and something to boost their ailing egos, different types of relationships are being sought after and developed. But at times, things really happen because of LOVE... Do we really have to explain why there are Boy toys, Lolitas, Cougars, and Manthers? Will someone have the courage to come out and testify that YES, it's perfectly fine to fall in love with someone not your age group? What does age disparity has to do with relationships? And why is it that during earlier times, it appeared one-sided, meaning, it was OKAY for older men to have relationships with younger women, while it seemed a "taboo" for older women to even consider younger men? Well, I've got good news for you, in this generation...NOT ANYMORE!

LEGEND:
Boy toy -a much younger boyfriend or husband of an older woman. In male-male relationships, a toy boy (sometimes toy boy) characterizes the one who is (and usually enjoys being) used for sexual gratification.

Lolita - a sexually precocious girl who is the object of desire of a significantly older man.

Cougar - a woman over 40 who sexually pursues younger men, typically more than eight years her junior.

Manther - the male version of a cougar.

cougar??? ...there's the other half of lolita ...am a woman over 40...ay 50 pala! ...but i don't want to pursue younger men...never...am tired of babysitting ...been there, done that with my kids

manther???...yes!it's already happening from adam ...but i know poor someone who can't be that ...so he just stay on dreaming and talking to his hand

and to add to these:

Hahahahaha ...Smiley, my love....calm down...You are not going to be a COUGAR, What I'm saying is that I'm sure, you cannot stop YOUNGER men to pursue you or haven't they? (as if it never happened to you ha? )....Yeah, I know what you mean when you say that it's like incest (as if they're your SONS)...But the good news is...YOU ARE NOT RELATED IN BLOOD.....And you say, you can be a LOLITA, right? So that means, you can do "it" with your FATHER?...Ngeeeeeekkk! that is even worse!...Yuck!....

But seriously speaking, and no offense to those who may have the same fate or who are truly in a well meaning and experiencing true love with a COUGAR, a LOLITA, a BOY TOY or a MANTHER...Maybe in the Philippine society, there is still much stigma to this "unconventional" love or whatever affairs, but for as long as it is consensual and not being done by force...I'd say..GO FOR IT!

BTW, Smiley, sweetie...Your EX-BF Ashton and Demi are camouflaged by their huge sunglasses... and maybe for this reason, FFF does not advertise this blog...As a matter of fact, this was not approved for about 10 long hours...What's with that? I've read some really profane and obscene blogs, but...they were approved...Duhhhh

And speaking from my personal experience...The very first person from FFF who visited me here in McAllen, TX was a "special" friend from Hawaii, who was 12 years my junior...and hey!...It's just one of those things..err, it was an MU, platonic, kinda relationship, but was very special...I did have qualms pursuing it and one of the reasons was that he was very young and ....but guess what? He ended up marrying someone who is also a lot older than him...What the "__"...Whatever!

your communicative skills never cease to amaze me, never know what your going to come up with , but when u do its always well defined, direct and deliberate...ya never leave your audience hanging or wondering where your coming from, reminds me of some of my X GFs in NYC...lol
as an X teacher (military instructor) i appreciate the good writing comm skills u always seem to deliver...i know its no accident, wonder if the public speaking delivery holds up to that same level..im sure it does..

anyway as for the blog content, ill just say im never the one to define or interpret what excites anyone at any one moment in ones life, just go for it...but i do appreciate your definitions, they made me feel so uneducated...your legend was a great training tool..

Not when both are adults pass their teens. I'm still getting used to the idea of relationships with a huge age gap, because myself and couples I know very well have had and has relationships with partners about the same age or a few years difference between them, but not a huge gap.

However, I don't agree with adults going out with minors, eg. teens who are still in school. This happens too.

The hard part about older women (cougars) with younger men - women mature faster na nga than men (we often read about this ), tapos way behind in age pa ang guy, whooaaa.. that speaks trouble..
but, thats just my opinion too.
Sometimes, others get lucky in this situation and they choose to compromise..
wherever one is happy, and as long as they can remain happy, no worries I guess..

jane, that amazes me too..
when I get to read news about teachers having relationships with their teen students...
I mean, thats way off...
its like the teachers, driven by their urge or whatever, play on the younger person's curiosity for you-know-what, and they allow for things that are not suppose to happen, happen...

I think that is also the reason for the double standard,Joyce..Older men think it's okay to have much younger women, because the latter tend to catch up faster in the relationship..

so anyways...MONEY can't really buy us everything, i.e. happiness but of kors we need it on the average ...so i believe what we need is a different kind of insurance(that need no CASHOUT)...a plan...an emotional retirement plan....wherein u couple shd make time for each other and (the likes)...take trips and do things together....now there u go...shd u choose a younger one? same age bracket? older than u? what???

ang hirap syeyt!!! and to think, women live longer than men , and men either die first or married to 20 year old women
