Birthday Celebration


I know, it's been 2 weeks since I celebrated my special day in South Padre Island with my family and selected friends.And I'd like to share at least a photo taken from that very happy occasion. It was one of the most memorable birthday celebrations I had since my sister and her family flew in from Wisconsin, just to be with me at that time. I also felt extra SPECIAL because I received greetings all over the world, including FFF members who've become a part of my life...Once again, I thank you from the bottom of my heart...

Yeah, Tess, I am really blessed...There was so much food, it could feed 100 people...We had the ff:
1. lechon kawali
2. kare-kare
3. ginataang crabs
4. sweet and sour fish
5. calamari
6. seafood chopsuey
7. chicken barbecue
8. lumpia shanghai
9. pancit combo (bijon/canton)
10. 4 large boxes of pizza
11. sisig
12. fajitas (beef) with pica de gallo
13. ice cream and cake
14. fresh fruits
15. banana turon
and of course the drinks...hehehehe..hayz! I'm hungry now...

 And come to think, we were less than 30 only...hehehe..bundat talaga...We had to give away food to take home for the guests...Even the caretakers of the condominium unit we rented enjoyed the food and they were so happy...I did not take anything back home to McAllen...The blessings were meant to be shared and that's what I did..

You know what? when your hosting a party, and you see all these foods, you lose your appetite right there, but when party is over and foods are all gone, they you crave!
