Elz, Each military base has a base locator. Too bad I can't make out his name and probably I can buzz some of my Air Force buddies I used to work for the Air Force and I know how it works! Air Force has a Global Listing that list ALL Air Force Personnel worldwide in the tip of your fingers from A thru Z with matching work numbers via DSN (Defense Switching Network)and email addresses. A DSN is a Dept of Defense line just like the AT&T where military personnel uses and it is free. Too bad he doesn't have a rank or a badge either. I could get him that way too.......  Go ARMY! Hoooooooooaaaaaaaaaaa........
